VISION
WaveLink Associates was founded in 1993 by Ron Hays and Tom O’Shea who envisioned creating the leading Manufacturers’ Representative organization in the Southeast through strength in both engineering and sales and a passionate focus on customer service and building strong relationships. Fulfilling that vision, we provide our Customers with the best technical and sales support available from any field sales team. Our Principals value the experience, creativity, enthusiasm and persistence of WaveLink’s talented, highly motivated, and dedicated team.

WaveLink Associates and its sales engineers have been recognized numerous times by various principals with awards for their outstanding performance. WaveLink Associates joined ERA and MANA at the start in 1993, and some of our engineers have been members of IEEE for more than 30 years.


WHAT WE DO
Our business is solving problems, meeting challenges, developing new markets, helping and satisfying customers. We sell and service electronic components and higher level assemblies and systems for 12 industry-leading Manufacturers (Linecard) and provide unmatched customer service. We are very pleased that most of the Manufacturers we represent came to us through referrals from other Manufacturers and frequently from our Customers.

Our company's technical strengths include RF and microwave components, subsystems, and equipment that typically require substantial engineering input in the sales process. We use the latest technology while working for you and staying in touch.


PERSONNEL
WaveLink's five field sales personnel are all degreed engineers who have significant design expertise as well as many years of successful sales experience. They are experienced in both military and commercial markets and sell to OEMs, end users such as cellular and PCS operators, educators, and the government. We have two full time office staff to handle the administration and back office functions of our successful Rep company. Their work is largely focused on Customer service and Manufacturing support. In addition we employ several specialists part time for their help in computer networking and marketing projects.

WaveLink's sales personnel offer electronics manufacturers aggressive, highly motivated representatives who are all dedicated, enthusiastic problem solvers and tenured members of the WaveLink team. All our personnel participate and benefit personally and directly in WaveLink’s results and hence everyone contributes to make WaveLink Associates better.
