Ron Hays who manages the Orlando office, is a co-founder of Sawtek Inc., and served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Sawtek from 1979 until 1986 during which time Sawtek grew from a startup to the largest manufacturer of SAW components in the U.S. Thereafter, as Vice President of Engineering, he led Sawtek's entry into subsystems development and manufacture from 1986 until 1991. As a consultant after 1991, he continued to support Sawtek's engineering, sales, and marketing activities focused successfully on developing and winning major multi-million dollar subsystem opportunities. In 1993 Ron co-founded WaveLink Associates with Tom O'Shea.

Ron has account responsibility in Jacksonville, and shares responsibility with Tom O'Shea for North Carolina and southwest Virginia while they recruit a new sales engineer to staff the Raleigh office.
