Tom O'Shea, recruited by Sawtek in its early years from Motorola in 1981, served Sawtek in several key individual roles, as the Engineering Manager of SAW Oscillators and Hybrid Products, and as Vice President for new business development. Until going forward to start WaveLink with Ron and throughout most of his Sawtek career, he had principal responsibility for all major proposal work and sales of oscillator and hybrid products and was responsible for the development of many state-of-the-art oscillator products.

From his office in northeast Atlanta, Tom covers key accounts in Atlanta as well as Kentucky and eastern Tennessee and temporarily shares account responsibility with Ron Hays in North Carolina.
