As a consultant after 1991, he continued to support Sawtek's engineering, sales, and marketing activities focused successfully on developing and winning major multi-million dollar subsystem opportunities. In 1993 Ron co-founded WaveLink Associates with Tom O'Shea.

Ron who previously has had sales responsibility for Florida and North/South Carolina and Virginia serves the other Sales Engineers as backup throughout the Southeast, and in addition to his corporate duties he provides the inside sales engineering function.

Tom O'Shea, recruited by Sawtek in its early years from Motorola in 1981, served Sawtek in several key individual roles, as the Engineering Manager of SAW Oscillators and Hybrid Products, and as Vice President for new business development. Until going forward to start WaveLink with Ron and throughout most of his Sawtek career, he had principal responsibility for all major proposal work and sales of oscillator and hybrid products and was responsible for the development of many state-of-the-art oscillator products.

From his office in northeast Atlanta, Tom covers key accounts in Atlanta as well as Kentucky and eastern Tennessee and temporarily shares account responsibility with Bob Kerrigan in North Carolina and with Michael McCorkle in South Carolina.

Bob Kerrigan's professional career includes 27 years of sales and marketing experience with Varian, Emerson & Cuming, and Alpha Industries and as an engineering sales representative. The technical foundation for his high technology sales career comes from many years of successful design and project engineering experience in the microwave component and phased array antenna areas. He has directed field sales offices with sales volume up to $50 million annually and more recently had served as President of Microwave Marketing, an electronics sales representative company founded in Florida over 30 years ago.

Bob joined WaveLink in January, 1995. Bob covers the Panhandle of Florida and the Gulf Coast including the Tampa/St. Petersburg/Clearwater area and shares account responsibility with Tom O'Shea in North Carolina and southern Virginia.

Michael McCorkle joined WaveLink Associates as a sales engineer in 2000, with 18 years of engineering and sales experience. During his eleven years at Gould from 1984 to 1995, he progressed through applications and sales engineering roles to become most recently the National Sales Program manager for digital storage oscilloscopes. His prior technical and sales experience include numerous products such as electronic test equipment, data acquisition systems, distributed control products, plotters and recorders, analyzers, and emulators.

During the last five years as a manufacturers representative, he has focused on sales and support of OEM customers and end users involved in telecommunications, computers and networking, utilities, and other electronic markets in the Southeast. Michael has responsibility for several key accounts in the Atlanta area and also covers the territory west of Atlanta including Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and western Tennessee and shares responsibility for South Carolina with Tom OíShea.

Frank Hauns joined WaveLink Associates as a sales engineer in October 2006 with over 40 years Rf & Microwave engineering and sales experience. He joined the USN in 1965 and left the service in 1969 as an ATR-2 (E-r) after being stationed worldwide with the VQ-2 squadron where he was part of the air and ground crews maintaining
and operating radar, radio and ECM avionics equipment. After the service, he obtained an Associate in Technology degree from Temple University and BSEE degree from Drexel University with evening classes while working full time as an engineering technician at RCA Mobile Communication Division and Solid State Scientific.

Upon graduation, Frank was an application engineering manager at MSC and ST Microelectronics Bipolar & GasAsFET facilities and then a consultant for the MSC amplifier group after it was purchased by ST Microelectronics. After MPD bought the MSC amplifier group, Frank moved to Florida in 1992 as a Field Sales Engineer for M. Lader Co., and Sr. Sales Engineer for Richardson Electronics. Frank covers the Atlantic Coast of Florida including the Kennedy Space Center and south through the Miami area.

Stacie Hays
worked briefly for WaveLink in 1994 and 1995, helping to set up the office and research and select database and office software. From there she left to pursue interests in archaeology and museum work. She participated in digs and worked in laboratories in Indiana, Seattle, Belize, and the south of France. After receiving her Master of Arts in archaeology at the University of Washington, she moved towards more computer-based skills in museums. At the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, the Burke Museum of Natural History in Seattle, and Harvard’s Dumbarton Oaks Library in Washington, DC, she gained familiarity with a variety of database systems as well as other aspects of IT.

Stacie began working for WaveLink again in 2003 and is currently coordinating information technology while working towards her Microsoft certification.
